not necessarily, although I would personally suggest to have an attorney to help you to send the RFE response. sometimes what they ask for is complex and an experience attorney can help you fulfill what they are asking for, that way you avoid delays and a possible Denial. if they are asking for something simple then you can you do it yourself at almost zero risk.

Thank you. I do have an attorney, that’s who filed my petitions for me. I just was curious as to why all these Rfe’s.
