RFE 485 second RFE
hi All, I just received a RFE for a new medical and provide evidence to confirm relationship post marriage.
we provided marriage certificate and are married since 2014. officer seems not convinced and asked for more evidence post Dec 2014. regarding medical, a strange thing happened. last July 2023, we did our medical from a listed civil surgeon. and it seems USCIS decided to revoke his status as civil surgeon god knows when and asked us to do new medical.
it’s unfortunate and my second rfe post birth certificate RFE.

@K K it’s a Pity. may I ask what mistake medical officer did? what documents are your providing for marriage?

@aa aa 485j is the employer document stating you are a employee in their organization holding a valid position

@Pritesh Jain I would include our children birth certificates, or proof of health insurance, etc.

@Pritesh Jain about RFE marriage, provide as much as evidence as listed in rfe that will be ok.
