My H1B is received to uscis on 24 October soon after that received RFE is made but still didn’t receive the document waiting for that. can someone suggest me is RFE a good thing or clear rejection

a RFE is not a rejection. I got one and they needed a different type of birth certificate. so I sent it to them and they said thanks. it’s not a big deal most of the time.
