@H dk it took them 13 days to update when they picked mine up from when it was delivered

aftet sending the proof evidence it is 1 mounth and they have not answerd us yet.

3 weeks now my status is not updated yet,I talked to a live agent,she told me they received it but I have to wait 60 days to see a change, I don't know🙏🙏🙏

@virgi yea they have 60 days to respond and if you dont hear nothing within 60 days you put in a case inquiry and then they have within 30 days to respond if you dont hear nothing within 30 days put in the next inquiry it took me 4 months to received the next notice after they received my RFE response

but i ask for a copy to they and they send me that email

if they tell me that, I can’t do nothing more than wait
