depends sometimes take 1-3 months to respond

i have had over 2 months after they received my RFE response. it is my second RFE. I am Dec 2021

I have been sending RFE for six months but have not received any response yet…😒

it’s been 6 months after response to RFE ,

please be cautious about interview notes. they recently started to schedule an interview without updating case online. so only a letter but nothing online. and if something happens with your letter. you will receive update on your case - decisions denial

@D Y I totally agree with you on this… you are correct and it’s been happening and I know someone tha it happened to so please always check your mail and if you have a lawyer always reach out to them so you don’t miss your interview date or better still please call uscis customer care once every 2 weeks to check up on your case to be on a safer side

RFE For Medical, more than 6 months i submitted Medical report still No response…….

can I send in medical before Uscis request it

I sent RFE 102 days ago for vawa, April 2022 filer, and still no answer

it’s like rabbit hole , I have got lot of refs and I can’t even explain in words . my lawyer knows that I have high tolerance of patients with uscis, I’m sure they will make decision soon . bro do you even know about casino theory? you gotta apply casino theory into uscis. then only you will win with happy face .
