1040 you should get it after you have filed taxes. If you have filled through Turbo Tax kinda software they should have a library hosting all your documents including 1040 Individual Tax Return. for how many years ? That could be mentioned in your rfe letter, if not I would send them last 3 years just to be safe.

@Aug 20 you don't need a new medical , 3 months old will do the job

if it is done recently as you said 3 months ago then you should be fine but please do check the edition of the form and if it is still valid you are okay to send them.

3 months and beyond for medicals is fine

in RFE is there anything mentioned either W2 /1040 or i485 supplement J/ Job offer letter?

@Aug 20 if you have i485j/offer letter and your refs mentioned either of that ( w2/i485j) you can submit i485j/offer letters. I don’t think they need all of this two.

@Mk Asif RFE said I485J including documents relating to my current employment Examples of such evidence includes, offer letter, w2 ,1040, pay stubs. So as evidence I can have only offer letter and paystub because I changed my employer 7 months ago.
