they send rfe when they need more evidence to approve your case you get rfe after 5 to 6 months

yes RFE puts a hold on all forms if filed concurrently.

i received an RFE 2 months after sending in application, after bio appointment.

RFE definitely delay the process however it’s based on case to case. some cases I see, approved after a week when RFE submitted and few cases takes many months to get the decision

I had to send additional information after my bio. They send request of support I had used 2019. they needed 2020.

yea it depends on the complexity of the rfe.

I submitted my RFE on 9th Dec 2021 but no response yet

jag s I submitted mines on the 11th of December. I got the letter on the 5th they received what they needed. nothing is needed on my end.
