What are the most common RFE requests that an application for a parent of USC could receive? because I can’t even imagine what they’d be requesting, since we sent in everything translated, complete medical package and affidavit of support. Besides translation, medical and affidavit of support, what are other common RFEs? Police background from home country? Thanks!! (btw I cannot see the notice online yet. Maybe tomorrow it’ll be uploaded to MyUSCIS

@Eclipse Lunar how do you fill your paper, do you use lawyer? I just received a message saying RFE of foam i864 , I did not submit a properly completed and signed i864 affidavit of support,, though we submitted her tax returns and she made upto $ 45,000 a year just me and her, doesn’t that mean that foam needs to fill separately?? please I need an answer,, thank you so much

My opinion is: fill out a new I-864, make sure it’s all signed and correct, submit the last 3 years of tax returns and W-2s for the last 3 years as well. My RFE was because I didn’t submit all of my W-2s. I did it myself, no lawyer, but if you are confused by it, by all means, get a lawyer to help you fill out the form!
