return of notice
Hello everyone,
I just got a notification on my lawfully case tracker which says, a notice was returned to USCIS because post office could not deliver it.
I wasn’t notified that a notice was sent. pls, what can be done thou, cos am thinking maybe it was RFE for my medical cos my I-360 was approved 2 months ago.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

after my own 360 was approved and I got an RFE for my medical which I did about 50days ago, just two weeks ago, I also got a notice under my 360 which was returned to USCIS which I still don’t know what it might be or why they send anything after i360 had been approved.

same thing happened to me ..if you have a lawyer asked them to email USCIS because you don’t want the time pass.If you do it on your own it will take a longer time or misplaced your request.. I changed my address twice online ..even got confirmation that address is updated and mail was sent back..

@Ann Ann what did you do in your case? I also have the same issue now. I sent the request myself and they said they’ll email me the notice that I missed within 30 days

@ess y, my attorney handled the situation. Also, you can make an inquiry using the e-request. All the best!!!

My lawyer had to email them and got response by email also
