it’s very tricky as I’ve seen a friend get approved even when there was retrogression. I think if you’re assigned a visa number before the retrogression it should be fine. again, it is a tricky situation. just speaking based on what I’ve seen

eb3 is getting retrogressed from July as per June 2024 visa bulletin.

EB3 is retrogressing in July. No one can say how far back it will go. My PD was April 2022 and GC was approved in Feb 2024. let’s just hope you get approved before it retrogresses.
