so sorry to hear this,. do you have a lawyer.. maybe you can write them a letter. expressing to them the situation and concerns.

@KING 🆒 @Chi N Calling them has been fruitless because of the nature of the case. I wrote them December about it, my letter delivered to them but still no response till now.

@blessed nikay thank you. I only used a lawyer in 2021 to prepare the paperwork so I don't anymore. I've been handling it but this time it's taking longer than expected

@Ed Ed do you think you will still have a interview seeing they request rfe of medicals.. I heard normally they would just tell you to bring the medical to the interview..

at least they send you a RFE , I’ve been waiting more than 1 year after my vawa approved no RFE no interview, I call them they said I have to called them back if I didn’t hear back from them within 30 days. I sent my package October 2020 , vawa approved march 2024 . nothing else just waiting

@uu u Hello, I went for my interview today and it's was just the yes and no questions nothing else. Was there for few minutes. Do you have an idea how long it will take to hear back from them?

@uu u Thank you so much. Yeah the lady told me it won't take long, she all she'll send everything to Vermont and that's where they'll produce the card. Hopefully soon I hear back from them.
