@M G it says I can send another service request if no updates on my case in 90 days. did you try sending another request?

The first request was sent by the USCIS agent I chatted with through Emma. when I wanted to do another one after 90days they refused to do so.

@M G my pd is November 21, fd June 22. @PD 03/2020 help I did it through Emma, I just asked about my case and that it's been a very long time without an update and I think that's what made them submit a request for me

@PD 03/2020 help @M P M Yes it was the same for me and I feel like at the end of the day, it really depends on the person you get on the other end. But like I said, even though the first agent submitted it, it did absolutely nothing.
