Response to RFE still pending since January 2024
Request for Evidence still pending since January 2024 and we were told that our case was moved from the National Benefits Centre to Louisville Kentucky on April 11th 2024. Can I expect to see a timeline adjustment from the USCIS in regard to the request for evidence which was completed in January 2024? It’s been 4 months since we have heard anything and it’s quite frustrating not knowing where we stand when we filed in August 2023.

How did you find out that your case was transferred? Same with me. RFE response submitted in January next day after they issued it. Hearnd nothing since 😭

@Viktoriia Shinness I spoke to a live agent at the USCIS and they told me I that my case was moved to my local field office.
