I did express mail. USCIS pick regular mails once a week from the box and Twice a week with express mail. I did it myself no attorney

@Kenia F Sent mine to a FO in the middle of January and they haven't updated it yet.

I sent mine 3 months ago, no acknowledgement of receipt from them. but my case went from rfie to CRP. My EAD has been approved few days ago but I don't think that depends on medicals so not 100% sure if they got it or not. spoke to Emma twice and they always say nothing pending for me to do but won't say if the medical is on file haha. I'm guessing rfie to CRP is the confirmation that they got it.

I got an update two days after it says delivered

@Obi K My lawyer told me to hold onto the mail delivery receipt and not to worry too much as FO generally don't acknowledge the RFE receipt and if they hadn't received they would send another notice. So, I haven't even bothered to chat with Emma. I am allowing them to take as much sweet time as they want. Mine is still stuck on 'RFIE Sent'.

my lawyer send mine to NBC without they sending a RFE,on may 2 the only thing I see change is when I check my online account under the tab is that I see representative it wasn’t there from before,idk if it was updated by uscis are the lawyer, but hoping I hear something soon also

@Kenia F I send my I-130 rfe response in Louisville FO December 2023 and they update my in February 2024 Kentucky FO is very slow and sucks but I call them and they send me email we received your documents so I have proof?

thank you @K A for sharing your experience. I've kept the mail receipt close! They made me send the response to Columbus Ohio whilst my EAD approval and earlier receipt notices all came from Lee Summit MO.

I sent mine through ups ground on a Friday, they update my case on Wednesday

mine took like 2-3weeks later after they received before updating. just know when it's delivered before the date they gave u for submission u don't have to worry
