Response to RFE -I485
Hello,
Need help!
I have received a RFE requesting original or certified copy of all criminal records starting from my first day in USA. But, I have never been involved in crimes except minor traffic incidents such as speeding and parking violations. All these traffic violations fee was under $300.
What should I respond to this RFE where I don’t have any criminal records?

if you were ever pulled over by the cop then you had to mention the details in 485 form along with the details of fines. thats what my lawyers told me to do. even if the fine is below 500.

I already mention all traffic incidents in I485 form, also attached all tickets including payment receipt.
