I have the same problem sis. I'm scheduled tomorrow but the snow here in AR is 8-10 inches. it's almost 3hours to travel to memphis without snow 😢 I tried to call today but I guess since it's holiday, the contact center is close.

i think you have to call the uscis branch where you’ll do biometrics and I’m from Ohio and my bio only took 5 mins or so and it’s done.

long ma, are you planning to reschedule? How far are you from Memphis? I am in Conway, so 2.5 h minimum. So sad to miss it because of weather 😢.

Friends. Memphis is now close because of the weather. If on your scheduled appointment, the office is close because of the weather they will automatically reschedule you and will receive another schedule on the mail. 😊

@Maria Thanks for your info, I’ve waited for 8 month to get the appointment. Also I’ve moved to NC and only stay Memphis for two weeks. Really not sure how long it takes to get the next appointment.

No I haven't, according to the instruction they will reschedule us automatically. We will just call them to reschedule if the problem is from us, like we can't go there today.

Haven't called yet. I think they'll do it automatically but will call later when it will be officially announced that it is closed on 17th as well
