Send them an inquiry on their website. Same happened to me. I also called them after a month and 1 day later on phone and spoke with an worker there and I gaved her my correct email. She then sent it through my email the same day.

How we can connect by phone I can't. I received approval paper by mail but my online account still not changed. I can't contact with them.

Check your USCIS account. The RFE should be there under the “documents” tab.
