Request For Initial Evidence/Notice Of Intent To Deny
(1) Establish a bona-fide spousal relationship with the Beneficiary and
(2) Establish that he or she is a U.S citizen (U.S.C).
Can someone tell me what to send for the number (2) question.

you have to send copies of his citizenship, send copies of anything you both have together,marriage certificate, bank account statements, rental agreement.ect. hope this helps! send all that you have together show that your marriage is bona-fide.. take this very serious if you don’t seek for a lawyer advice.

No 1: send pictures with family and friends, joint utility bills, joint lease, joint tax return, joint bank statements, receipts of shared gifts, joint flight boarding pass, affidavit of support from family and friends acknowing your relationship, joint health, and auto insurance, screenshot from social media wishing each happy birthday or celebrating your anniversary, call logs etc.
No 2. copy of your spouse birth certificate in the US or naturalization certificate.

i got the noid as well i sent 10 photographs my one year joint tax return and my joint bank account letter from bank and joint credit card letter from amex and they approved me in one month
