Request for Initial Evidence
After finally thinking I was on the verge of getting somewhere with my EAD expedite request after receiving an email saying the request for my expedite request was received and a decision will be made shortly. My I-485 status was updated saying that I was sent a Request for Initial Evidence. Does anyone has any similar experience? I'm thinking maybe it has to do with my affidavit support documents (W2 or tax transcripts) since I filed the request due to financial loss to an individual or company.

If you initially submitted an I-30 petition form for your husband/Spouse, You probably missed to submit the I-30 b part of it. You’ll need to go to the USCIS website download and fill it out and then submit without making any additional payment. I hope this helps you. let me know if you need any for further help

@POLYCARP thanks for your response. My husband submitted the I-130 for me. However, I'm not exactly sure what they're requesting because I'm not able to see notice on my online account. I requested an expedited EAD and they emailed me saying it was being reviewed after which I got the update on my I-485.

@Kashauna Love I’m assuming your case is still at the USCIS. I had that same issue with I filled for my wife. I omitted part B of I-30 form. After I received the RFE I had go to the website filled it out and mailed to them. From all indications I believe ur husband didn’t submit the I-30 b form
