Request for Guidance: CBP Stated My Travel Document Is Revoked
I tried to travel from Delhi to JFK in May, but I wasn’t allowed to board in Delhi. Today, I was able to board from Delhi, but I was stopped in Paris. The airline contacted CBP, and I spoke with a CBP officer over the phone. He told me, “Your document is revoked. Please contact the U.S. Embassy in India.”
How can I get an appointment with the U.S. Consulate/Embassy for this type of case? What documents do I need to bring, or will they verify everything themselves?

I came in Feb and tried to come back on may but boarding denied from delhi but today I tried from delhi boarding accepted but denied in paris

They are revoking work permits and travel documents now but for people with green card already they said, the error I see in your case is overstaying , you are not supposed to stay away for more than 30days. I believe you know about that so call your attorney for help my dear. so,sad you are in this situation right now.

@Ivan b @M G S maybe it doesn’t sounds great but it is what it is. AP was revoked, he can’t use it anymore. and doesn’t matter what you will post here, it won’t change anything. he must look for other options now, because AP is burned. many times you can hear to not to travel now when your vawa is pending bc it’s very risky with this administration but people travel. so now it is what it is

@ayel yael they said people with green card don’t need the work permit and AP any more. That’s why they are revoking it so another person won’t use it again.

@Abhishek H &. @M G S my words sounds bitter to you guys but this is real AP is already revoked so he needs to choose a different way to come to United States unfortunately especially people who are coming from India , they are revoking and leads to the invalid card … so true so people who have pending VAWA please don’t leave United States
