yes normal. look up online “proof of bonafide marriage”. think everything that both of your names are on. bills. insurance. lease. mortgage. bank statements. credit card statements. trip itineraries. etc.

You will definitely need to send them more than just the marriage certificate and pictures. That is definitely a good start, but not particularly strong evidence. They really want signs that you’re financially combined as well

u can send hotel u booking together under yr 2 name, or if u traveling together u can send them flight ticket, and pictures at airport or u are together on the flight, then yr bills, insurance, if u Sent money u can send receipt. and don't forget to tell them how long u live together
