Request for evidence
hi everyone!
my I-130 was approved yesterday, and for I-485 they sent me a request for initial evidence, the medical exam! I already sent the medical exam in February with the whole application! I'm thinking it was misplaced or lost ?
has anyone been in this situation ?

they intentionally let it expire, that’s what they did to me

mine is still valid for another 14 months , I'm thinking they just lost it amongst all documents or misplaced it 😭

just send it again. it’s the last step to approve

@irina Verdian yes they might have lost it. that happened to me today at the interview. how did it go with you?

@llliww H I sent it again, we did another one with the doctor with the same results as the first one and sealed it and signed! sent it , got delivered in 2 days and approved 2 days after the medical was received !

that’s great congratulations! how did you send it to the office? along with RFE letter? did you do anything special ?

@llliww H I sent it to the address that was on the request for evidence , along with a copy of the RFE!

@llliww H in the next two weeks I received everything , green card and the approval notices
