Request for Additional Evidence after RFE submission
Hey Team, vawa submission was May 2022. Received RFE for address discrepancy, proof of good faith marriage, proof of abuse and cruelty, inconsistencies and gaps with affidavits, back in May this year and replied with all necessary docs.
After waiting for 150 days with no response, I reached out to congresswoman who helped reached out.
Now, I received an update on my case that says Request for Additional Evidence.
I’m not sure what this could be at this point. Has anyone been through this and have an idea what the new RFE could be ?

it depends on what you provided them.
1. proof of abuse
2. good faith marriage
3. good moral

Your case is exactly the same as mine. After I contacted my congressman, they asked me for more evidence. In my case, they asked the attorney to update the signature on the G-28

I have submitted my case in march 2022 and received rfe 4 month ago same message, they say there are inconsistencies but did not specify anything specific. please keep us posted
