they will send you a letter in a couple of days and they will request specific information. I’m from January 2022. Last year (July 2025) I received a RFE for good faith marriage and more evidence of the abuse. I sent the evidence and was was received in September 2025. unfortunately I haven’t heard anything back yet. RFE does push ur timeline back :(

Mine was for doing again the signatures with blue ink even though the first was the original , my lawyer is one of best.

Hellow ,everyone. don’t know if anyone received a similar letter from Homeland security requesting me to pay a fine of $1,692,000 . as civil penalty. I do v’e a pending VAWA filed Nov. 2023 . couple weeks ago I saw such letter from ICE . I Appeal it via my attorney. the appeal game back dismissed. Has anyone had similar experience or know anyone who has received such letter . please notify me . am confuse as what next to do. Thank you all.
