reply to the senator inquiry from the FO anyone had the same experience?

I had similar response from USCIS to congressman of my state who sent inquiry on my 5 year pending I-485. Response clearly stated that they transferred to NBC to review and it should take 60 days for that. I got rfe kind movement on 52nd day!

they said 120 days for mine which is already at the non local field office @Hope GC it sucks, if I were you I would’ve had sued them long time ago

Can you explain me please, how you contacted your Senator state? I would like to contact them too, I put a lot inquiry by myself, nothing. Almost 15 months waiting 😔

@LN Asylee google state senator for your state then go directly on their webpage make sure it’s their official website then look for their contact information and they should have their email on there, then email them describing your issue, then they will have you fill out a privacy form letter and then email it back to them once they receive it, they will contact Uscis in your behalf, then you should wait for the uscis to reply to the senator and the senator will email you with the uscis response, it usually does notbing.

@dpeao dapi thank you, I see on USCIS page the processing time is 17 months now I'm on 14 ¹/². Do you think they will help me ?

@LN Asylee it is not going to hurt to ask but you might get a generic response like I did, they rarely help with anything. Nothing will make Uscis move your case unless you sue them.
