reopen or Appeal
Good evening family , please between appeal and reopen which one is advisable? how long does it take to process both ? I need advice from experienced people here . thanks

could you please share more about your case and the reason for denial? that will help us give focused advice. you either file I 290B to reopen and appeal your denial or start over and refile your case. I believe that is what you meant. I pray you find a solution soon.

@carlito reyes if you've been divorced more than 2yrs your best choice is to fill I 290b to reopen and appeal your case. you won't be able refile.

You need to do Whatever you decide on time so that your I-485 willl not be denied bcos if that is done, Court Proceedings for Deportation will commence immediately . I wish you good luck.
