I think you need to get the immigration judge to terminate your removal based on an approved I-130

we’re you married with the same woman that your case was denied with in 2019. and they put you on removal then right ? get a lawyer and terminate the removal in court due to I 130 Approval

I just got a new message now! my i485 is been denied! why i130 is been approved

go and face the court, hire a really good lawyer, on behalf of approved i130, you lawyer will tell the court to terminate your removal proceedings, when you get the termination letter, go to the USCIS field office where you had your i130 interview, give them the termination letter and they will approve your i485

do it right now, court process is really difficult and long process, so it’s better to get out of the court ASAP

I move from New Jersey to New York! I didn’t get any notice at all! I wasn’t aware of anything! thank God the IO was nice! he was the one explaining everything to me! he told me I have removing proceding that he can only approve the i130! he said he didn’t have jurisdiction over the i485, he said he would have approved it

@jboy you should have refilled immediately they denied your case in New Jersey. because once you don’t file right away you going to be put on removal . that why when people case for denied they refile right away to avoid removal proceedings. a good lawyer will terminate the court proceedings and u can file your i485 with the uscis it more faster with uscis

@jboy I got terminated last year in October, my lawyer sent that to local field office, I already went to the office and had stoke interview for i130, now I’m just waiting for the response of local field office, probably they will just issue me a GC,

it actually took me a year to get terminated, because of Covid, I had 3 master hearings canceled, but right now courts are open, so it’s a high chance for you to get terminated soon,

you will receive a letter in couple of week, which says that, “USCIS administratively closed your i485 because they don’t have jurisdiction on i485” but after you get the termination letter, go to the same office where you had your interview, hand them the termination letter, and they will reopen your i485, most likely they will issue you a GC, unless they need any more documents from you, and you don’t have to pay any fee

great, then you don’t have to pay any more fee, just save the receipts for i485, when you get the termination letter, call the USCIS and take an infopass for your local field office where you had your interview, then go there hand them the termination letter, receipts for i485, and explain them, tell them to reopen my i485 and finish the last step of my process,

Did you get a letter from USCIS after that day? I heard sometimes it happened because when they update a case denied on system, it takes time.

March 18th! I file a motion to reopen and terminate! my lawyer did that and its was granted!

august 2nd was my individual hearing so the judge dismiss my case!

August 15th! I wrote a motion to reopen my i485 and scheduled me for interview through my local field office in Long Island New York

September 12, case was reopen for consideration! September 13, your new card is been ordered, September 14, case was approved
