Removal with sijs
Hello,
My immigration judge ordered my deportation on August 14, 2025, and I currently have an appeal pending before the BIA. Subsequently, my SIJS petition was approved by USCIS on November 3, 2025. Now, I am unsure what to do with my approved SIJS status—specifically, whether I can use it to terminate my removal proceedings. I am seeking advice regarding my case, or would like to hear from anyone who has gone through a similar situation.

They used to let you terminate removal procedings once you had an approved SIJS but not anymore. This administration is making everything difficult.
