Removal processings/ asshole lawyer
my lawyer is full of shit , I paid all his legal fees fully I have approved i130 since last year and court continues to postpone my hearing till 2024 September from 2020 my lawyer refused to take me out of court by filling a joint motion I have to compelled him to do so July this year since then I didn’t hear anything from government attorney to joint motion for 5 months now nothing and my lawyer refused to call to jst find out what is going on . Whatelse can I do . I paid a lot of money to my lawyer but he is not doing his job .

if motion is filed , they have to respond within few week, can you verify in the court if he actually filed the motion?

@ sanchin he actually filled it I saw it online at the court website but he only needs to call ice attorney which he refused to do since 5 months now .

no he is just annoying . he told me uscis takes even longer to do adjustment but anytime the court gets closer they postpone it . he is just lazy man

all i can say is that, those lawyers don’t want their clients issues resolved on time, majority of them enjoys the delay regardless of the cost to their clients. If you complain about their services, you have right to find another lawyer is always their response.
Just be patient with your lawyer,schedule one on one meeting with him and ask if getting the motion filed required you pay extra fee because taken your case to another lawyer might require you paying new clients fees you know what I mean?

@freeman 1 you mean tye EOIR website? I have been check for like 5 months and there nothing in there. no court date just only the old record of the deportation order
