@Bo bo I have same situation I try to terminate case. But my lawyer, she say they are too slow electric so she go to the court and she file a the paper in the window . It’s almost 3 weeks and I’m not receive anything. and I feel sad I hope so. I get answers soon. You to I have a question did your lawyer he told you how long is gonna take to they judge, reply

@mohammed m it depends on the courts or judge .. sometimes it's fast or slow .. it all depends

mohammed m@ when your individual hearing? if they are agree to terminate is take 4 to 6 weeks if not you have to wait for your hearing date, I was pass same situation, 3 weeks ago I did terminated at court with my In my individual hearing date, and yesterday i get my judge pepar…. but now I don’t know what the my next step
