removal case
Does anyone have any knowledge about removal cases in nyc my I-485 has been administratively closed since March 2022 and I-130 is being actively reviewed since June 2021. I know the I-130 needs to be approved to dismiss removal proceedings. Is there anything else I can do to make to procedure go by faster? Is this normally how long it takes ?
Ps. My EAD was approved in January 2023

expedite request for I-130 to be adjudicate. when did u file I-130 ?

hey. do you have lawyer? if so, ask for a mandamus, ur case is over 3 years. you are eligible to file a case against USCIS. that’s what I did last year. after I filed , less than 60 days i got interview right away in USCIS for I130. it cost money, (well that’s what they want. MONEY) But it works. goodluck! :)
