Am I correct in saying this only reflects the main applicants and not any derivatives? And do you perhaps know what the number of available visas is until the end of September that may still be used?

@glacier gh if I look at the numbers and work on a pd sept 2021, it had 2043 pending cases (aos only) for may 2026. it came down to 1641 for june 2026. that means overall approval/denial/withdrawal of 402 cases. ending up to 19.7% rate complete (includes denial or withdrawal). that means if we can just know how much available visas is left and we work on a 50% rate for aos and 50% for consular, you can get an idea of your chance of completion before the end of September. that also depends on how fast they work it. what is just sad is to see so many 2022 approvals already while 2021 is not finalized yet

I saw many 2022 approvals but they applied in 2023.It seems to me that they are approving those who applied earlier..

they are approving cases mostly filled electronically with new systems. Legacy paper filed cases being stuck
