RFE notice: Aug 2026
RFE received: mid Sep 2026
USCIS sent a notice (background check notice, no need to do anything): late Sep 2026
RFE received again, with a new date??? (I thought it might be a bad sign meaning it has been transferred to other places and may take longer to process, but actually it's the opposite): mid Oct 2026
Card was being produced: mid Oct 2026
