relative petition case..asylum
my case got relative petition case....i got approval of my I 730 case from uscis on 24 july ...they transfer my case to nvc...i want to know that how much would be taken by nvc to contact consular office

in 60days your case will be in your embassy and around that time u will be given your interview date

thnku .... means nvc will contact to our embassy within 60 days....within 60 days i will receive interview letter or after that

I’m not sure about other countries but for Bangladesh embassy it takes around 5-6 months to schedule interview after uscis transfers it to nvc.

what about indian embassy.....how much time it takes once nvc contact it....my case was approved by uscis on 24th july and transferred to nvc

Hi, so now as of 24th july is your i-730 approval date and 8 weeks from now you will hear from uscis(new delhi) and get your interview details in the letter sent by them. (roughly 1.5 months from the date of letter received is the current trend)
