Regarding my husband application possibilities.
Hi Everyone!
Hope all of you are doing well. First of all I apologised because It's a long Post.
My Catagory: EB3 unskilled (from F1)
PD: 30 April 2022
Current status: Case Remain Pending (I-485), I-765 (EAD) and I-131 (TA) approved. I'm currently working under my Sponsor Company.
I've some questions regarding my husband application. He is a Portuguese citizen (Passport Holder) as well as a Bangladeshi citizen by born. He will apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization or E-visa under the Visa waiver program to visit me here in U.S. He is planning to come here in December-23 or January-24.
Under this program, he can stay here not above than 90 days. I included him in my I-140 and I-485 as follow to be join.
So, in these circumstances my question is_____
1. If he come here and for his long term stay what can I do?
2. Can I apply for his SSN?
3. Can he works under my sponsor?
I will be meeting him after more than three years and I just don't want to send him back Portugal again. Please suggest me if there any option for me. I will be very grateful to you guys always.

He can’t changes his immigration status after coming to USA within 90 days. there a is a 90 days rules , you can check it

1. he can apply f-1 or somekind of non immigrant visa (interview could be harder since his family(you) is already in US and showed immigration intention.
2. No unless he apply somekind of work related visa by himself.
3. No for same reason in 2. Further, he can’t apply follow to join I-485 with you if he is still E visa(esta)
