@Linus Linus yes you have additional 60 days but it’s safer to reply within the 30 days… my lawyer made that mistake & uscis denied my case & it took them 5 months to reopen my case

yes because my lawyer sent the response late… she had it in her mind that we have 60 days extra but I guess uscis forgot about it & deniedy case after 35 days

@mercy since they forget about the 60days and denied you . Reopening your case means they revoked the denial back and start from the noid or what pls ?

yes!! the day I receive my denial letter my lawyer sent the reply for the noid… but it was already too late… after they reopen my case they sent an RFE… & also when they denied my case within 15 days my work permit was also suspended because I tried to change my Learner’s driving license the lady at the dmv said that there’s some issue with the permit & that’s when I realised that my ead was revoked

I gave it to my lawyer on the 25th of this month and I have 23rd to reply . I just hope they didn’t deny it due to lateness as mercy said . it’s so frustrating I can’t even think and do anything right since I got this letter

make sure to call your lawyer and keep asking if he sends that yet or not, make sure to keep reminding him. I just pray that they don’t deny

don’t worry… just pray & keep reminding your lawyer every couple days
