regarding I-485 case status
hi
I got an appointment with uscis biometric in San Jose on Nov 15 2023 and fingerprinting finished successfully
after couple of days cases status It got changed to finger print taken success and then after couple of days it changed to duplicate notice sent to mailing address and after 10 days now case status changed to post office undelivered uscis notices to your mailing address and this will impact your application etc
I tried to contact Emma uscis live chat agent today and they suggested it’s related to biometric appointment notice and no other notice exist apart from it
asked me to wait patiently for next status update from officer
please advice if anyone encountered this situation

Their interaction with the post is very weird. I had 4 EAD cards coming the same day. 1 of them came a day later then the other 3. For that one the status on the website was changed to “post office could not deliver the card” but I have it on hands.

luckily my Fragomen lawyer
ppl got the courtesy copy and notices and they shared me scanned copy
since I noticed #unit number missing in mailing address within i485 receipt notices are returned back and eventually which might have triggered this process
I called USCIS and requested online change of address with unit number mentioned specifically and mail all my notices using enotify
looks to me it’s big process
hopefully I get over the same
