Regarding EAD c10 renewal and 797c
hello, guys!
My EAD expired 08/23/2023. My lawyer applied for an extension Jun 29, 2023. The category code of my receipt notice 797c shows “N/A”.
In USCIS website says in your notice it should be the code matching your previous EAD card to have the extension granted. Im under C10.
is that all right?
