Refusal
hey guys back in August my husband had his interview with the NVC, he was refused. we just fixed all the errors of why he was refused, and now after we submitted everything back to the NVC we got told this case is being sent to USCIS. is this normal and how long does it take for everything to be processed?

Not sure why they are sending the case back to USCIS since they are going to approve the visa once all documents are submitted.

@William u I'm not sure also. do you know about how long it takes after submitting the documents it takes to get the approval?
