Refund But No Decision
Who received a refund notofication but still no decision after one month? I have received a refund notofication from USCIS for my EB1A Premium Processing Fee, but still no decision on my case even after almost 30 days today. Who has similar situation?

I do and it’s certainly weird. I had an RFE in Jan and submitted MAY 6. Until now nothing
