okay great. I am going through tge same process and tgey were all served on the 3rd and we are still waiting for the return labels for proof of service to bring back to the court. hopefully it goes well 🤞

@luck bird they were supposed to give us a response by jan 5th, they reached out to us 2 days ago requesting for a 45 days extension which my lawyer denied so now we wait to see what’s going to happen

@luck bird so far nothing positive. USCIS filed a motion to dismiss the case but we also filed a motion opposing the dismissal of the case and now the court has to decide. But at this point its a 50-50% chance and i am already losing hope
