refile i485
filling a new i485 after first one got denied. should I attach the Biometric receipt that I did for the first application or I’ll do a new Biometric?

yeah it’s okay with the fees. I’m thinking to attach it to speed the process. the reason of the denial is that I didn’t attach the 1040 tax form with the i864.

Hi,it’s not necessary to attach, it happened to me and they re use my biometric without attach the previous one .

Before you file a new one, I would suggest you appeal the decision and submit the 1040 tax form they needed. They might reconsider. Also they should have send you NOID before reaching that decision. Good luck!!

they asked for i864 and tax forms for RFE. I attached all W2 without 1040 so they denied it. they said I can appeal motion to reopen i290B but it might be denied because it was my mistake. I had it but didn’t send it. so that means evidence I had but didn’t attach
