it says that if you don't receive rfe by certain date,you should ccontact them. give it few more days

@Az Ike it is not two weeks, it's 10 days and don't count weekends. I belive i got my RFE two weeks later. As I said, on your notification they said "if you do NOT receive RFE until XY date, contact USCIS". I belive you will get it this week but if you don't get it by XY date, do as they said - contact them. And be mindful that this Wed is federal holiday

@Mrkvica M. hello my friend. i sent rfe for 485 exactly 2 months ago. i called USCIS couple days ago they told me your case at NBC. you think i will get interview or not? thank you

@ali alev there is a chance that they waive interview but there are no rules. Every case is different. My case is in FO and I heard that FO can also waive interview not only NBC. In fact, NBC gives a recommendation to waive interview

@bethany no I saw the notice on my account telling me they sent letter to me, to follow the instructions on the letter, nothing more, so I'm still waiting for the letter

@Az Ike what does is say on notification, until what date you have to wait for it

@Az Ike ok, if you don't get it by then (and I belive you will get it), contact USCIS on Monday and tell them that you never received it

I never received it till date, called uscis, they were surprised, said it wasn't returned, well they said they will send another, I just have my eyes on the mail since n im exhausted. the wait and the not knowing, I wonder y they can't send by email or just as well tell u when you call?

@Az Ike hello have you received it after you called the USCIS? I submitted a e request online several days ago and still haven’t received anything yet. I think I need to call them if it’s faster

@lucky x No nothing yet, don't bother calling cos I tried to call and they told me my request is there and I can't make another I should wait 30days if I don't receive it then I can try again to call or make another e request. so crazy

but actually I won't say don't bother calling cos u never know, they might just do something, urs must not go the way mine went but just give it some days mayb a week or whatever ur mind says n call

So this ppl are doing a lousy job or there is a disconnect somewhere after my e enquiry n having called uscis a couple of times, I called again yesterday & was told all my e enquiry n everything came to nothing as they still had my old address in the system, infact my 1st call was ended cos I gave my new address so they said I failed the questions, I insisted n called again n the new person who took my call told me I had a different address on file n asked for the old, this is something I had called earlier n changed address, I had received prima facie n got appointment with info pass to visit uscis office newark. Anyway long story short the whole process was started again yesterday n this is over 45days I got notice of RFE I never received till date. SMH
