Recipt number received but USCIS doesn’t cash the check
Do people know what is the general timeline for USCIS to cash the check? My I-130 & 485 concurrent package is delivered to Chicago lockbox on 12/09, I didn’t receive e-notice of receipt & my checks are not cashed yet. I contacted Emma today and they provide me the 485 receipt number and it’s in the NRC processing stage, which showed they created the case at 12/09
Should I be concerned that there was no e-notification & checks are not cashed until now though the case was already created several days ago? Thanks

12/15/2022 - I see my checks are cashed by USCIS today, thanks every one!

mine happened August 2021 they send me a rejection letter after some weeks.

thanks Lucky, what’s your rejection reason at that time? I am not worried about rejection as long as USCIS could update quickly so I could resubmit the application, I am mostly worried about case falling into a black hole and keeps untracked

they said “payment failed”, money order cannot fail and I also issued a complete fee ($1,760). my rejected case still says actively reviewing online till date. I resubmitted June 2022.
