recieved response for Service Request
I had my interview on august 3 2021 and my online status has not been changed since then it says interview scheduled.I made an inquiry in september and today i got a response saying "our records show that your i-485 is currently pending adjudication. we regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. we apologize for the delay. we hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience."
Is it a good sign or something to worry about?
My feild office is Long Island NY.

I was interviewed 10 days back and informed verbally by the officer that my case is approved and when asked when will the status change, he mentioned 1-2 days. I asked him when will I get the GC, he mentioned that about 14-15 days. Since then EMMA live agent has told me that my case is under review and it has not been approved so far. Status still shows that interview has been scheduled. There is no other way but yo be patient as only USCIS knows the truth. Rest are all assumptions. So I am as confused as you are but there is no way but to be patient as that’s the only option in these stressful times. Best of luck f luck to you. I am tired.

This is my field office as well. My interview was on 10/27 and was verbally approved.
Case status was still at “interview scheduled” until 11/1 after I contacted a live agent via EMMA to state that I received a verbal approval. After the chat, case status changed to “actively being reviewed”. Two hours later it changed to “case was approved”.
