Recieved notice that USCIS is actively reviewing our CR1 case.
How long does it typically take for them to review a case? We submitted initial paperwork in August and recieved the receipt notice. Today I got a notice that they were actively reviewing it. Just wondering how long it takes to receive an RFE or approval typically. My husband is immigrating from Canada.

You should be able to file for outside of normal processing time here soon. Nebraska's normal time is 4.5 to 7 months.
