@Venky Nadella because I used rapid visa company for filing and they wouldn't let me upload the i485 until it through to the nvc. this whole process has been so confusing and frustrating

@Venky Nadella yeah, since December 15th 2022, my I-765 has already been approved since 3 months ago, my I-485 is on "Case actively being reviewed by USCIS". My I-130 is "taking so long".
