@shah bangs you can look in documents and it should be there until the one arrived in the mail

@kk h I did and it is not showing under documents. there is a download pdf option and when I click on it, it doesn’t download the receipt either

I had the same issue but I received it later in 4 weeks.

@shah bangs I think the receipt will get to you eventually. If not, call the customer care and request for a copy to be emailed to you.

@Rocco Forté thanks, I saw in uscis site to wait for 30 days before reaching out for receipt but I’m mostly worried about the proof of identification to carry while waiting for the receipt with an expired GC

@shah bangs what did U submit with it? I submitted mine online as well with lots of documents. I submitted on the 23rd December 2025, uscis accepted & responded on the 26th December 2025. I received my extension online on the 2nd of January 2026 & by post like a week later. I got Biometrics Notification few days after receiving my Extension for January 27th & I rescheduled & moved the date backward for January 14th. Same day after my biometrics, USCIS says case is being processed. They currently do not need anything from me but will contact me if they do.

@Jennie . same, I submitted with 34 documents as proof. I got the notice saying uscis accepted my application but I did not receive the actual receipt from the mail or to be downloaded from site yet. I submitted my application on Jan 16 and uscis updated the status as “case was received and a reciept notice was sent” but it’s been almost a month and I haven’t gotten the notice yet in my mail yet which is making me anxious.
