Recent trends in Field Office
I have been observing some recent trends in field office actions. It looks like when a field office is looking at cases they happen to look at all similar blocks of cases at the same time.
Recently, I can see a lot of people either getting rfes or approval from LA field office. If your case is in LA field office and have already gotten updates… congrats, if you haven’t hang tight you will get it soon.
However, some field offices are not even looking at cases at all. For instance, New Jersey Central Field office has been literally dead. They are not even touching paper filed cases at the moment. If anyone has been transferred to NJ central FO let’s discuss in comments if you have gotten any updates.

Transferred to NJ Central on 05/29/26-No update since then, meanwhile cases which transferred to another FO’s after me are getting approved.

My case is also at NJ office, didn’t get any update when they transferred it. It was at NBC before.

how do yll know where your case is?
I talked to agent via emma and all he said was ‘ your case is under jurisdiction of NBC’. He didn’t know anything more than that apparently. .

@D K apparently some fo officers are lazy af or they just don’t care… keep trying you will get some good ones who will let you know the field office
