I chatted with a live agent yesterday and asked if Nebraska working on January 2024 cases which I know they are but she answered your case is under review so I would imagine so. I been on actively reviewing since Feb 2024 so don’t know what she meant by that hopefully they are reviewing my case but I haven’t received any notice.

@Nelson E my pd is January 31th 2024. filling for my spouse who’s outside the country

@Lamar Kane I got same thing on April 7th. My PD is January 12th. I called USCIS after 2 days and they said my case is delayed and has gone for security check. Security check can take up to 2-6 weeks! It’s been 2 weeks and no response from USCIS
